I will teach you how to nourish your body and your baby with intention, enabling you to become the expert on your own pregnancy health. It’s possible to reduce your chances of "morning" sickness (more appropriately: all-day, any-time nausea!), fatigue, constipation, heartburn, mood swings, pre-eclampsia, anemia, gestational diabetes, postpartum depression, and more.

There is an overwhelming amount of information (aka IG reels) about what foods you should eat, what supplements you should take, and all the things you could or should be doing, which only adds to the exhaustion you are most likely already feeling! I am here to dive into your pregnancy and overall health to truly find ways to ensure you’re feeling your best while nourishing both you and your little one!

Nourishing your pregnancy will support your baby in building solid bones, strong immunity, and healthy tissue, and aid in brain development and organ formation. It’s also possible to lower their risk of birth defects, low birth weight, allergies, and conditions such as eczema or asthma, along with many potential health problems later in life! How amazing is that?!

Whether you've just taken a positive pregnancy test or are seven months in experiencing the worst heartburn ever, I am here to support you and do what I can to ensure you are feeling your best before your baby arrives!

    Let’s have a brief call to gain a clearer understanding of your pregnancy journey and discuss how I can support you. From there, we can schedule your consultation!

    Once your consultation is booked and payment is made, I will send over intake forms to help get a clearer picture of your overall pregnancy health, current lifestyle habits, diet, supplements, and more.

    90 min Consultation

    After analyzing your forms and curating additional questions and insights, we will meet in person or virtually to thoroughly discuss your overall pregnancy health and start creating a plan of action!

    Custom Action Plan

    Following our consultation, I will provide a comprehensive action plan and personalized recommendations aimed at enhancing your overall pregnancy health.

  • One homemade meal per week based on the client’s specific nutritional needs
